Because of my status, I only need to file a mi state return , since I only discovered that AFTER i have just did my taxes here online , how do i fix this , because it is say I can't file the state ret

I don't know what your status is, but the Michigan State return needs a copy of the Federal return. 

If you do not need to file a federal return, print and mail the Michigan return with a letter explaining your federal status.
