The estimated date within Turbo Tax is based on the date you filed your return. To check the status of the return, it is best to check on the Where's My Refund website.

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.

So COVID-19 is not putting more of a delay on tax refunds? I visited those sites and it just said my refund is still being processed. Why would it take longer than the estimated time you said?
The IRS is working on keeping up with helping taxpayers, processing returns and issuing refunds to the "greatest extent possible."
