Are the auto-filled boxes on my 2017 TurboTax return taken from my ACCEPTED 2016 return?

To check to see if your 2016 return, that has been transferred to your 2017 return, is the one that was accepted, go to

• Previous Taxes

• Click on 2016

Here you will see if it was Started or Accepted

If it says Started, there is a good chance that your Accepted 2016 return, is under another username. If so,

• Sign out
  

• Go to forgot user/id password,
  

• Put in your email address, and Turbotax will email you all of your usernames.
