Anytime a change has been made to your account or your tax data has been downloaded, Turbo Tax will notify you in order to make sure that only you have accessed your secure Turbo Tax information.

Learn more about how Turbo Tax safeguards your data and information here https://turbotax.intuit.com/best-tax-software/secure-online-tax-prep/

You may check your access history by doing the following:
  • Sign in to your Turbo Tax account.
  • Under 'My Account', choose 'Account Settings'.
  • Choose 'Security'.

Once there, you will see a list of times, dates and addresses of the locations that your account was accessed from. If any of this seems unusual to you, get in contact with a live support agent who can help you ensure that your information is safe.
