Anyone else stuck in "Status Not Available" on the IRS refund site? I cleared my cache and I am 100% positive the numbers are correct. Has anyone else had this happen?

Are you getting an error on Where's My Refund? It takes a few days before anything will show there. Also make sure you are entering the correct Federal refund amount and not the combined Federal and State refund. Also make sure you are entering your full federal refund amount, not the amount you would get if you had fees taken out.

Yes, this is on Where is my refund. And I am entering only the federal amount and its been 1 month. Originally it said accepted, now when I look, that is what I get.

Usually if you are seeing "Status Not Available" on the IRS Where's My Refund? tool it indicates the return is received but not yet processed. It is also indicative of a delay due to high-volume, or system updates. It may also be a delay due to a need for further review of your tax return. Also, the IRS might be confirming your identity to prevent fraud.

Review your e-file confirmation to make sure that the IRS actually accepted your tax return.

Try checking the IRS2Go App. Sometimes it functions differently than the website.

You can log into your personal IRS.gov account to see if there are any notices.

If it has been over 21 days since you e-filed or 6 weeks since mailing a paper return, you can call the IRS at  1-800-829-1040 (Mon-Fri, 7 AM to 7 PM). You will need your SSN, filing status, and exact refund amount.
