Maybe you are in the wrong account.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

As for your amended return
Even during “normal” times it takes about four months for the IRS to process an amended return. During the pandemic and due to the severe backlog at the IRS it is taking much longer—six to nine months or more for many amended returns. Do not expect quick results from amending. When the IRS issues a refund for an amended return it will be by check. They do not make direct deposits for refunds for amended returns. You can watch for information here:

Or are you looking for the refund on an amended return you filed? The IRS is taking a very long time to process amended returns.
@jusnotac We are replying as best we can, since we are not sure how to interpret your reference to TurboTax accidentally losing you money. We do not know if that means you cannot find your account, you are still waiting for a refund from the IRS (and blaming TurboTax for the IRS processing time) or if some sort of mistake occurred with your tax return that caused you to lose some of the refund you expected.
