Anyone else get the shaft from the IRS this year?

The IRS is an absolute mess. Taxes filed on 1/27, accepted 1/28, absolutely no headway since. I've called and been told to fax them certain documents, which I did in short order. I just recently received a letter telling me they need another 60 days to review things. There's something quite unreasonable going on here. You can't even get anyone from the IRS on the phone because none of their employees want to work anymore. Anyone else have something similar going on?
