Have you allowed for the fact  that the third party bank has to take out your TurboTax fees and the "refund processing fee" before they deposit the rest of the refund to your account?

How can I see my TurboTax  fees?

What is Refund Processing Service?

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

That would make sense but it’s almost half of the expected amount.

It’s also incredibly difficult to talk to anyone there or at intuit.

@rpietrzy Check the IRS refund site to see if the refund issued by the IRS is the amount shown on line 35a of your Form 1040.   It is possible that the IRS reduced your refund and will be sending you a letter.   If the IRS issued the full amount shown on line 35a, then the issue is with the third party bank, and sadly, you have to deal with them.
