Amending a form for a tax return

A simple amend is apparently not so simple! I haven't filed my return yet b/c I want to correct mistakes I made on my 2210. I just can't edit it! How do I get an editable Form 2210?

You can't amend a tax return that you haven't file yet. You can edit the information that's on your Form 2210.
