I fixed my amended return on July 29 , 2024 and it was accepted the same day but I have heard nothing else about it should I be worried

No, you should not be worried. Processing an amended return takes a minimum of 3 months, and often 4 or 5 months. You can check the status of your amended return using Where's My Amended Return? on the IRS web site.
