Amended tax return filing failed with F1040X-014 and F1040X-009. Correction steps state I need to try to refile after Sept 3. Should I wait or proceed with paper filing?

According to other answers I found simply refiling after a few days doesn't solve such problems. Can it be fixed by turbotax if I call them, or I shouldn't waste time and proceed  with paper filing?
Also will the 2nd filing attempt charge my bank account once again for the money I owe to IRS?

where did you find the corrections steps? Having similar issue and can find no answers or possible solutions.

There is a "Fix My Return" on the home page. If you go there, it will mention those details.

The question is how do I navigate to and remove zeroes there in turbotax online?
