Amended 2016 taxes - do I still owe state taxes?

I realized I messed up my 2016 taxes after I sent them in. I was owed $1122 from federal, and I personally owed the state $165. After I amended my 2016 taxes, I owed federal $254, and the state owed me $365.

Am I still responsible for paying the original $165 I owed the state this year? Will it even out with next years taxes?
