Hi,
I received 1099-MICS and I need to send the amendment by mail. Now, I am assembling the material.
Since 1099-MISC increased AGI, some calculation in some forms are revised, but it won't change 1040x line. Should I include these forms?
Eg qualified business income deduction, AGI is updated in 8995 but the result is the same and1040x line 4b does not change. Should I include amended 8995? If so, do I need to mark "amended" somewhere form 8995?

How to assemble:
Do not include your old 1040 nor your revised 1040 because the Form 1040-X reflects any changes there and becomes your new tax return.
Include any new/corrected document only if it shows federal tax withheld, and include in order only those Sequence Numbered tax forms and Schedules that changed or were added due to your amendment.
Attachment Sequence Number is on all the forms and Schedules that come after 1040.
--TurboTax does not tell you what forms or schedules are changed or added.
you have to do this by visual comparison.
You don’t have to include any form which did not change or contribute to a change in your tax liability.
Hi Bsch4477,
Thanks!
Due to 1099-MISC, the schedule 1 is updated and it will increase tax.
I will attach the amended schedule 1 and 1099-MISC to 1040-X.
When you print to mail, the first page will have a list of documents to include with your return.
Deleted. @fanfare has the correct and complete answer.
