Once you save the PDF to your computer what you do with them is up to you.  It is not safe to attach them to an unencrypted email and the PDF file (with all the worksheets) may be too large to attach.

Please follow the instructions below for a copy of your tax return after filing.

if you are attempting to file your return it can not be emailed to the IRS it can only be e-filed or mailed.
