What exactly do you mean by "my firm's taxes?"    Are you preparing a business return for an S-corps, C-corps or multi-member partnership?    Or something else?   Please clarify.

Yes, you can process multiple returns with one e-mail address if you use the desktop version of TurboTax. You cannot do that with the online version of TurboTax, however. If you are referring to the personal tax return program, you can prepare up to five returns before you need to purchase another product.

@redrobintaxfirm First----we need clarification.      Your question posted from online TurboTax and you mentioned emails for each return.....When you use online TurboTax each return needs its own email, account and user ID.    But....if you are preparing returns for an S-corps, etc.----you need TurboTax Business---which a "Live" version online.   One return per fee.

If you use desktop download TurboTax Business on  a Windows  PC you can prepare and e-file up to five returns.  We cannot tell what you mean by "my firm"----please explain.
