Also, I would like to add out of a 615$ state return I got back 175. They took 440$ from me for what??? This is a complete rip off. And I want my money back!!

The state will send you a letter explaining the change.  TurboTax does not get any feedback from your state after your return is accepted, so no one at TT knows why your state refund was less.  Do you owe back taxes, child support, student loans, unpaid traffic fines, etc. in your state?

I Don't Owe Anything To Anybody, They Took Deductions From me. A CRAP TON. For TurboTax Deluxe, But TT Deluxe Is Only 120$. So I'm Confused As To Why 440 Has Been Taken. I'm Furious.

If the state tax refund received is less than the refund shown on the state tax return, the state will be sending you a letter in then mail within the next few weeks explaining what they changed, added or deleted from your tax return to arrive at the tax refund you received.
