Can you tell me what to do if I lost my son and my social security cards? What Can I do to prevent anyone from using our SS Card numbers to file taxes?

You can obtain new SS Cards from your local Social Security Office. Also contact the credit bureaus and have an initial security alert added. Start with Experian, they are free and last about 90 days. Also keep an eye on your credit report for fraudulent activity. I use Credit Karma and it's also free.
