All the way to end of my taxes I've already gotten the a refund advance approval I choose which accounts I want my deposits to go into and It keeps saying error.

It doesn't matter if I'm on the app or and it doesn't matter if I am on the website as soon as I get to the point where it finalizes everything after I've chosen my deposit choices and my advance decision it keeps saying snagged hung up were snagged. I have great internet connection I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times shut my phone on and off a million times clear cache and nothing is working any advice would be greatly appreciated.

One of the strict conditions of the refund advance is that your refund has to go on a Credit Karma account. If you are trying to send your refund to some other account, you can do that, but you will not be eligible for the advance.

That doesn't answer her questions, the issue is this year there is no clear steps and errors are happening on very platform with karma
