It sounds as though you may have more than one account (User Id) and by using the account recovery tool below you may be able to find the account that has your e-filed tax return.

To get a list of your User ID's and recover accounts, go to our account recovery page and follow the instructions. If you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.
