Accepted is not the same as Approved, which is a later step.

That is in the hands of the IRS.  Once your tax return has been accepted, it then has to go through the process of being approved.  The average time is 21 days but it can take longer. 

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

If you ask to have your Turbotax fees deducted from your Federal refund, it can take an extra day or so.
State refund times vary.
