Are you just mailing your state ? If so you do not need to mail the Federal if you e-filed that one.  If you are mailing federal and State you would need to mail a copy of each to the addresses below.

Yes I didn't know my pin or else agi so I was unable to efile and get the direct deposit or can I just not go this route and efile and get it direct deposit to me?
