Do not file the amended return until the original return has been processed (as it could delay everything otherwise).

If you have a refund coming, when you get the refund you will know IRS has processed it.

This can happen if you did an import from your broker and then manually entered them yourself.  That may be what happened.  Has the return been processed by IRS?  gotten refund?

No, you will need to an amended return.  I'll post in the answer on how to do this.
