After I entered almost all information in TurboTax 2018, I can not open turbo tax to complete and file the return?

If you saved your return before leaving TurboTax, you should be able to open the return to continue from wherever you saved it.  Click the FIND A TAX FILE link in the middle of your window and navigate to the location where you saved it.  Or, search your computer for the "TurboTax 2018 Document (.tax2018)" file and open it from that location
