After adding three 1098 forms my mortgage interest deduction is wrong. Support said this is an open issue but I haven't heard back. Has anyone else had this issue?

After adding more than two 1098 forms, all of the mortgage interest that I paid is removed from my itemized deductions, resulting in an incorrect amount for my federal return. Support said that this is an open issue and would be resolved soon but it has been over a week and I have heard nothing. I am starting to wonder if it is worth continuing to file with turbo tax.

I have the same issue.

turbotax support just transferred me 3 times from one group to another. the 3rd person just hung up on me without providing any guidance .
