A few weeks ago I added 8962 form and now I do not have we're I made that change and still haven't received my return but I know for sure the it's received my info

If you think you added that after you e-filed, you did not.  Making additional entries after you've filed doesn't cause any changes in the return the IRS has.  Your return may be held up because you didn't include the form in your original return but,if so, the IRS will send you a letter asking for it.
