I was accepted on January 30th. It's now Feb 7th and I've yet to receive any answers. No approval no denial. I've called credit karma and turbotax and they don't have any answers. Does anyone know who else I can contact?

There was a bulk account closure on January 25th. Credit Karma has since paused the bulk account closure process.
If your account was closed on the day you received the Refund Advance, or just before you received it, you will receive your check in the mail.

How do I find out if I'm one of the closed accounts or if I'm getting a check?
See if you can log into your Credit Karma account. If you're unable to, it probably means your account has been closed.
