This is mainly a user community forum, so no one here can resolve any account-specific fee issue here in the user forum, but we can explain more about that option.
In Online TurboTax, when one is presented that "early refund" option, there are 2 choices it has people consider. One has a fee and one doesn't
1) have the refund deposited "up to 5 days early" in one's own bank account which has a $35 fee, or
2) have the "up to 5 days early" deposited into a Credit Karma Moneyspend account, which has no fee.

ADDENDUM
As you will see in that FAQ above, if your refund does not arrive at least 1 day earlier than it would have arrived if it had come directly from the IRS, then the $35 fee will not be charged.
