2023 Form 5695 not calculating full $600 credit for fully qualified efficient furnace - is there an issue?

The IRS will begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files on January 29.   And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.

The tax form availability site shows that form 5695 will not be available in TurboTax until 2/7/24. If you click on Review in your tax return, it will show what forms you need that are not yet available and when to expect them.
