I have read the issues folks have had with their returns being rejected due to incorrect AGI or PIN. In my case, my 2019 AGI is correct and matches the IRS database. As for my PIN, it is the same PIN as in the past. My return was still rejected. Is this an issue with TurboTax?

I commented/replied on the link given below. I guess I'll have to print everything out and file by snail mail.
I don't know if it's a Turbo Tax error or an IRS error, but I believe because I filed with my husband as deceased, there a glitch in the security checking between deceased/e-file pin number/birthday.
Hopefully, this will be corrected by next year, when I'll be filing as single. Otherwise, I'll be unable to file electronically ever again because the pin numbers will never match!
I was due to receive a refund on my 2019 return and filed it late. Return was mailed on 1/18/2021. It is now 2 months later. I contacted the IRS and was told things are backed up months, especially mail-in paper returns. I attempted to e-file my 2020 return and it was rejected due to the AGI security check. The IRS has yet to record my 2019 AGI! I am reluctant to mail in the 2020 return because it will obviously enter the same abyss as the 2019 return. Suggestions?
This Turbo Tax FAQ will provide information on what to put for your AGI if you didn't file last year or don't have the correct AGI.
This is really disappointing. This is the second year in a row that my return has been rejected for an incorrect AGI. In both cases I had the previous year's return and verified that value. Last year (2019) I even requested the IRS receipts and verified that everything matched. I have used TurboTax for almost 20 years without issue and now two years in a row. I will have to mail in my forms. Really disappointing. I suspect I will have to switch to a different tax software application last year. I have tried every trick that I have found in these support threads and sincerely appreciate everyone's contributions. I have used the actual AGI values, rounded up, rounded down, removed the "." at the end of the value, used 0...nothing works.
Update #2. I accessed my 2019 IRS Record of Transaction online and sure enough my AGI matches to the penny. Really looks like there is something wrong on the TurboTax side. So, so frustrating.
Update #3. I have tried entering "0" for the AGI and...my Federal Return was accepted. Still waiting to see what happens with the State (VA) return. So...if the actual, accurate AGI (as verified by the IRS) doesn't work...try 0. That trick didn't work for me last year, but *appears* to have worked for the Federal return this year.
