How will my 2020 Tax return be updated so that when it transfers to the 2021 return, it will be correct?

In a perfect world the original AGI would be pulled forward and that may happen however it is the user's responsibility to know that number in case it doesn't happen as it should.
Worded question very poorly.
My AGI has been adjusted by the IRS because of the change to tax on the first $10200 of unemployment payments. This was done AFTER I filed my Turbotax return. So does my return get updated for 2021 or do I need to do that manually.
Again this is new and unique situation ... the AGI off the original return must be used next year not the changed AGI so if the original AGI doesn't transfer to the next year's program correctly the return will most likely be rejected so the user will need to enter the correct amount themselves.
The TT program was updated for the change and many user's noticed it then the program put the original return back for those filing prior to the change and there are reports that they have again changed it back to the updated amounts. So which AGI will the program transfer forward ? Will it be the original AGI ? Only time will tell.
