It is not recommended to have your refund sent to someone else's bank account if your name is not on that account. 

The bank may reject the refund and it will be sent back to IRS. They will have to re-process the refund, cut a check, and send it by mail. It'll take longer than it would have taken had you requested a check refund initially. 

And if you owe past due child support, it's very likely that the IRS will offset your refund first and if a balance remains, they will process and send you that balance. More details here What is a refund offset?
