Cryptocurrency: Incorrect date sold on form 8949. Do I need to file an amendment?

Turbotax combined my cryptocurrency trades into a single trade on form 8949 with Date acquired as "various" and date sold as the date when last trade was made (which is incorrect).

Do I need to file an amendment for this or can I mail in the correct 8949 to IRS? My cost basis / gain / loss etc are all accurate.

You don't have to amend your 2018 return as long as the correct gain/loss is computed, and the correct holding period (long term/short term) is shown for the year. You can mail the correct Form 8949 to the IRS.
