Amend 2017 state return resulting in larger state refund

I'm amending my MO 2017 state return that will result in a larger state refund, the reason for the amended return is that I failed to make state adjustments.  This will not change my federal return.  I itemized my 2017 federal return resulting in the state return being taxable on my 2018 federal return.  How to I claim the additional state refund on my 2019 taxes, since I itemized in 2017 the refund will probably be taxable?  I'm not itemizing for 2018 and probably won't for 2019

You will add the additional refund to your 2019 taxes when you file in 2020.
