Yesterday I purchased and downloaded 2016 Premier Package and prepared 2016 federal & state return. I need to make change before I print and mail. How can I do that?

I forgot that I applied federal refund to taxes owed. I now need to change that and apply the prior refund.

Hi,

Log in to your TurboTax account
Click on Taxes, and then click on My Tax Timeline
Locate your 2016 tax return on that page
Find "Some things you can do" under your 2016 tax return information
Choose Add a State (you don't actually add one; that's just to get the return to open up.)
Now you can make any changes that you need to make to your return.
