Yes i am having my refund put on my walmart card and i am wanting to make sure it will be put on it because i am no longer near the phsyical address i gave

If you requested to have your tax refund applied to your Walmart and entered the routing and account number for the card, then your refund will go directly to the card as a direct deposit.
