Will they deposit stimulus money to our TurboTax debit cards?

All anyone knows right now is the IRS states that they will issue the stimulus money with the banking information that is on file with a 2019 return (or 2018 return if no 2019 return was filed.)
If you banking information is incorrect or missing:
What if my direct deposit information has changed or I want to add it for the first time?
On March 30, the I.R.S. said on its website that it would build a portal where people can update their information “in the coming weeks.”
