Will NOT be using TurboTax any longer. The fees were way too high, and I received my refund after people who used FreeTaxUSA. My refund took 20 days… convenient.

Convenient, considering the fees will be refunded after 21 days. Beyond frustrating after paying all sorts of fees.

What has given you the notion that fees are refunded after 21 days? There is no such rule. Once you file your tax return, only the IRS controls how long it takes to process the return, whether they process it within days or months. Your TT fees are not refunded if the IRS takes 21 days or more to process your return.
