Why does Santa Barbara tax group need your bank account information
when account information was already on turbotax from previous years
They need your bank account information every year to verify you have the same bank account. Some people change banks or their account is closed etc. They use your bank information to direct deposit your remaining refund, after they deduct the TurboTax fees.
