Who do I call first or what is going on that I only received half of my tax return?

The anticipated date I am supposed to receive my taxes is 2/25/22 but I got only half of my taxes on 2/24/22. I am concerned and I am going to wait until the 25th like it said to see if the rest is deposited but this never happened before and I have been filing with turbotax for four years now.

Turbotax receives no updates after your return is accepted. in 2 to 3 weeks you should receive a letter of explanation from the IRS.

When asked for SSN do nothing it will ask twice

You should then be transferred to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.

The above is a lie. You will not get the rest. Turbotax/Intuit is using a 3rd party bank to fund the refunds and that bank has stolen the other part of your return along with 1000s of others. Intuit takes zero responsibility and blames TPG (the bank) and TPG says they refunded what the IRS told them to refund, which is false. It was stolen.
