Where is my turbo card?

Hello, I misplaced my card about 2 weeks ago and reported it lost. My card was canceled but I do not know if Turbo Tax sent a new one. It’s has been 12 business days since I canceled the previous card. I try to call the Turbo Debit Card number and after giving them my information, the automated voice tells me I have more than one card on my account.. then asks me what the last 4 digits of the card I’m calling about is. I am awaiting my card so I don’t have the last 4 digits. I do not have any other VISA turbo card. The online app gives me an error every time I click “Where is my card?” This has been very frustrating I can’t talk to a support specialist on this matter either. Somebody PLEASE help me!!

So y’all can view my issue but not help? OKK.....

  • I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

 

  • I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
