The method of amending a 1041 in TurboTax Business is shown in the screenshots at the bottom of this answer.
The process simply involves using the original return, checking the "Amended return" box, changing only the line(s) that need to be amended, attaching an explanatory statement, and refiguring the amount of tax (in your case, refund).
