TurboTax does not know if you paid your state tax. The confirmation of your state tax payment is the payment record or statement from your bank account or credit card, depending on how you paid the tax.

Some states allow payment by direct debit, but most do not. If you specified payment by direct debit when you filed your state tax return, all TurboTax does is send your bank account information to the state. The state withdraws the payment from your bank account. TurboTax does not get any information about whether the payment was actually made.
