Question

When using the “track my refund” option on the irs app and website, I’m getting a message saying that my information is not correct and it won’t let me track my refund.

WMR has been erratic and unreliable, and saying that a lot lately. But be sure you are entering just the Federal refund amount. Do not adjust for State, nor for any TT fees coming out of it.

Yes I was sure not to add or reduce my federal amount based on state return. I’m using the estimated federal return amount I’m being given on the website before fees of any kind have been applied.

I am in the same situation as you are. My taxes were accepted on 2/12/2021. As of today, 3/10/2021, the IRS cannot locate my tax return info.
