There's no way to know a time or even an exact day due to variations in bank processing times. Has the IRS released your funds?

Check here with this "Where's My Refund" tool.

What does that tool show? Has the IRS actually sent the refund?

In the "Where's My Refund" FAQs the IRS says:

"Please wait 5 days after we’ve sent the refund to check with your bank about your refund, since banks vary in how and when they credit funds."

NOTE: If you chose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, that is another link in the chain, since your funds go first from the IRS to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds to your bank in a second direct deposit. If you did use that service, and if the IRS has released your refund, we can tell you how to log in to your temporary account at the intermediary company to monitor your refund.
