What forms do I have to fill out for amended tax return

I already filled out the 1040x form on turbo tax for amending my return. Is there another form I have to fill out that didn't show up on turbo tax?

Besides the Form 1040X, the print out will tell you what other forms need to be submitted along with the 1040-X. Usually it is the forms that you make changes on. For example, if you re-claim an education tax credit, you will need to attach a Form 8863.

So I filled out the 1040x form through the app I was adding my unemployment form that came after I did my taxes. But It didn't say I had another form to fill out after that one.

Can you please clarify your question- are you not able to file the amended return?

If so, due to the passing of the American Rescue Plan, there is a delay with the ability to amend returns in TurboTax. Please see the below TurboTax Help Article for more details and a link to sign up for an update when the amend option is available.
