What do I do if my IL state refund was supposed to be $1150 but I only received a refund check for $3?

I had to file an amendment because a value was entered for rental income but I didn't have rental income. Initially I was suppose to owe $1600 but after I removed the rental income TurboTax said I was due a refund of $1150. Today I received a check from the state of IL for only $3.
