What all forms I need to include apart from 1040 and W2 for paper filing?

Hi, I am doing paper filing and turbo tax says the following - "Attach the first copy or Copy B of Form(s) W-2 to the front of your Form 1040". Do I need to include any other form apart from 1040?

@CassLO you answered my question with the same info I asked. I have mentioned what my Turbo tax told me. Do you have any insights if I need to include any forms like 8889 etc?

If you have any tax forms with numbers on them, they go with the tax return.

They will have a "sequence number" on the top right corner telling you how to put them in order. You might not have every number, just put them in order as lowest number first.

Yes, Form 8889 is one of those types of forms. It is sequence 52, so it goes after any form with a sequence number 51 or lower.

If you have Statements 1, 2 or 3, they are included.

Also attach any income statements, such as your W-2.
