Turbotax refund card hasn't shown up in the mail . My tax return status says it will be direct deposited by April 1st . If I don't have the card what do I do ?

After 5-10 business days, please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa at (888) 285-4169 to report your card lost or stolen. You can also report your card lost or stolen through this link. https://secure.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/login

If you need a to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the Refund section.
