TurboTax has entered $580 refund for 2020 and it was from the refund for 2019. Yet Turbo tax won't let me remove this refund and is counting it as income for 2020

This is a glitch from Turbo Tax and they need to fix it

Would you please clarify your question. Is this for a federal or state refund? Also, are you working on your Federal or state return when you see the screen? If this is for a state tax return, which state is it for?

TurboTax put down $580 inside my state return when that was the refund that I was already taxed on the year before and that needs to be taken off of this years as a taxable income even when I go back through decide you’re trying to change as it comes up and says 2019 isn’t taxable and I can’t get the $580 back off of this site if this can’t be fixed I will just go find an accountant that will do this right

If you simply pull up my return and look at it we won’t have quite so much confusion instead of me trying to explain and explain something that is obviously not being understood
