No one at TurboTax knows. The IRS does not tell TurboTax when they change your refund. The IRS will send you a letter that explains why they changed it. One possible reason----did you make a mistake when you answered how much you received for the 3rd EIP payment? Lots of people have made mistakes with that.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

The IRS will be sending you a letter in a few weeks explaining what they changed on your tax return to reduce the refund. If you agree with the IRS then there is nothing more that you need to do. If you disagree with the IRS then the letter will have a procedure on what you need to do.
